What I love about being a primary care doctor is my relationships with my patients.  Listening, partnering with, creating a plan together, coaching, empowering and advocating on their behalf are all essential to my practice.

Interests outside of medicine: my family, appreciating the beauty of the natural world, true crime podcasts, meditation, educating myself about and doing what I can to promote racial, economic and climate justice.

As a primary care physician, I love learning about each unique person and working together to find solutions that fit. I try to approach every clinical situation with humility and an open mind. I believe the practice of medicine should be evidence-based but never one-size-fits-all.

Interests outside of medicine: spending time with my partner and our two daughters, gardening, and long walks.
