As a primary care physician, I love learning about each unique person and working together to find solutions that fit. I try to approach every clinical situation with humility and an open mind. I believe the practice of medicine should be evidence-based but never one-size-fits-all.

Medical interests: anxiety, depression, hypertension, diabetes, menopause, preventive medicine, weight loss, chronic illness, and helping patients navigate the complicated healthcare system.
Interests outside of medicine: spending time with my two daughters, yoga, walking.
