We offer full-service primary care for a flat monthly membership fee. No co-pays or surprise billing. Member benefits include unlimited visits and a direct line of communication with your chosen physician. Many in-office procedures and annual routine labs are also included at no extra cost.
Additional labs offered at wholesale pricing (see price list) or our lab can bill your insurance.
