At Evergreen Primary Care we want to be able to provide care to those who may not be able to afford our membership prices or the costs of additional lab testing or other clinic services beyond what is covered in our membership.  In order to do this we have established a Patient Assistance Fund.  We invite anyone who is able to give any amount to this fund knowing 100% will be used for patient care.  In our office, we sell lotion, soaps, and lip balm hand made by Susan McDonald from Singing Flower Studio (Anita MacDonald's mother-in-law), the proceeds of which are deposited in our Patient Assistance Fund.
