I provide individualized and evidence-based care and strive to connect with each patient using an open mind and heart. I practice virtual medicine because it allows me to be more accessible (by phone, email, text, or video) and available (longer appointments and same or next day availability) for my patients.
I am a Minnesota-licensed physician so I can only see virtual patients who are in Minnesota.
Medical interests: Women’s health, mental health, diabetes, and primary care support to patients with complex chronic illnesses.
Interests outside of medicine: I enjoy traveling with my family, walking my dog, gardening, watching bad movies, and crafting.
