My 20 years of practicing primary care medicine have allowed me to talk to, listen to, and learn from my patients as we work together to build their resilience and achieve their health goals. My goal, as a doctor, is to be the best partner, confidante, advisor and advocate for my patients I can be. I hope to help my patients be resilient against the challenges of health and life so they can be the people they need and want to be.
Outside of work I love spending time with my wife, daughter, and our three sled dogs at home in our farmhouse that we’ve renovated over the past 20 years to include several sources of renewable energy. I also love travel (including several medical missions), sailing, saltwater aquariums, and history.
